Your Responsibilities

• Leading client projects in digitalisation, process optimisation and organisational development
• Planning, controlling and executing transformation initiatives
• Capturing and analysing business processes
• Translating business requirements into digital solutions
• Facilitating workshops with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinating development partners, AI tools and external specialists
• Building KPI, governance and reporting structures
• Introducing modern working methods (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Supporting the expansion of asesio OS and new business models

What you bring

• Experience as a project manager, product owner, consultant or transformation manager
• Several years of experience in cross-functional project teams
• Experience collaborating with different departments, stakeholders and external partners
• Multicultural or international project experience is a plus
• Understanding of processes, digitalisation and business operations
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Power BI or similar platforms
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly
• High level of personal accountability and execution strength
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• French or Spanish is an advantage
